Behold! Motherhood doesn't end up by just taking care of your child!

Culture teaches us that wife should stay at home and take care of the husband, the children and other household stuff but it is also fulfilling and nice if you can help your husband when it comes to finances and to have your own money as well. If anyone knows what it means to work full-time, it’s a mom. Child-rearing women are the perfect fit for the mompreneur club since they already possess the basic skills needed to kick butt in the business world. (creativity, time management, patience, multi tasking and working under pressure).

What Business Should I take? That's the basic and most tricky question in business to answer. I basically don't know what, when and how to start and the fear that I may outweigh motherhood and focus on business nor focus on motherhood over business and waste the money, time and effort I invested. Until one day I was browsing Facebook when I saw my friend's long post on how she get back into shape after giving birth. Being curious on how she did it and being obsess to shred my stubborn fats I gained after giving birth I instantly message her "how? and there was a long conversation (blaah blaah blaah) until I purchase the product and try it for myself, post in social media my weight loss journey and it all happen.. later did I know I was actually doing Multi-level Marketing business with Valentus.

The Balancing Tips

Motherhood is already an exhausting job yet it is inspiring and purpose giving. Here are some tips how to balance Motherhood and Business

1. Let it go

Let go of the guilt ---- the feeling of motherhood guilt for neglecting your mamas duties will put you down. It's common, it wrench into our hearts and give us the emotional state of we're not doing enough. Why won't you settle from being a supermom when you can be a superhero. There are lots of successful moms there who are enjoying rocking the height of success of their businesses while rocking their crying babies as well. Remember that your only limitation is your imagination. You can be a successful creative business woman and a lovely mother at the same time.

2. Stay Focused

Before I go to sleep I set up my day the night before since I choose to be in MLM business I see to it that I invite people everyday through social media to look at the business opportunity and I am genuine and ethical on what I am doing. Getting into the habit of planning your day in advance will remove your easiest decisions from the table, making it easier to avoid getting sidetracked and wasting time and energy on small, unimportant things. Whenever I have to attend a seminar, training or bazaar I borrowed some of my Mom Time like if I have 2 days straight business I pay back time to my family. I slipped out my business time and replaced it with my family time.

3. Using Television and Toys to your advantage

I found out that when my kid is watching a nursery rhymes in YouTube Kids she will sit and watch for an hour without bothering me which I can give my 100% to the business (Of course I screened the channels she's allowed to watch and giving her a glimpse from time to time). However if I keep that way all the time, she's only half-interested and I can only half-focus on my business. For the most time my daughter is good about playing with her cousins or playing alone yet I have to prepare myself for a chaotic house in the latter.

4. Never Compromise and Spend Time with Family

Kids grow up so fast sometimes I wonder if my husband secretly feeding our kid steroids. I used to work in a corporate world yet decided to give up my career when we had Lauren ( best decision ever). You will never reverse back the moments when your child's world is only you. When first thing in the morning and last thing at night all she want to do is to be your shadow. Eventually, time will come they will go to school, meet friends that they will choose to be around them rather than be with you (that's reality!!) I know that I need to treasure this young years more than anything. I'm determined not to missed out every milestone of my child and so I have to stay by her side all the time. Yes! this can be hard specially when there were times that financial burden kicking us. But with prayers, perseverance and grace from God I sustain.

Being an entrepreneur is awesome. Being a parent is awesome. Being both is more than I could have ever dreamed. Hopefully, you feel that way, too.
